At the end of Heroes he doesn’t want to kill people, with the Blessing he can take all the powers he want, and “technically” people don’t die… At Halloween, he and “Mister-Blue-Eye” go haunting a house, just for fun ! I’m sure that in the basement, there’s an evil baby alien escaped from Torchwood xD
